Please note the opening hours of the Humboldt Forum. Group tours can take place from Wednesday to Monday from 9:30am to 4:30pm. The museum is closed on Tuesdays.

No, unfortunately dogs are not allowed in the Humboldt Forum.
Yes, in the second half of the tour we will enter the museum. The institution provides portable or foldable stools.
Yes, there are toilets in the museum.

You can postpone the date. Just write us an e-mail in advance with your order number and the desired alternative date.

Cancellation up to 24 hours before the start with refund, minus a service fee of 20% of the ticket price.

Comfortable shoes, possibly a hot drink in a thermos flask or refreshing drink. Umbrella or sun protection depending on the weather.
